Therapy for Teens & Young Adults
We love working with this age group. Teens and young adults thrive when they feel connected and respected.
Our therapists help young people build confidence, develop emotional awareness, and navigate life’s challenges. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, self-injury, substance use, and suicidal thoughts. Because emotion education is a core part of our approach, clients learn to recognize, understand, and regulate their emotions in healthy ways.
Therapy for Adults
We’re here to help you navigate the ups and downs of life with compassion and expertise. Our therapists bring a wealth of experience to support adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, substance use, grief, and more.
At Caught Dreamin’ Therapy, you’ll gain insight into yourself, reconnect with what matters, and take steps toward meaningful change. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs—because there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy.

Getting Started
At the beginning of treatment, we recommend meeting weekly with your therapist. Standard sessions are 53 minutes.
Your first session is an assessment, helping us learn about your needs, hopes, and goals. From there, your therapist will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan—one designed to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
