At the beginning of treatment, we recommend meeting weekly with your therapist. Standard sessions are 53 minutes.
Your first session is an assessment, helping us learn about your needs, hopes, and goals. From there, your therapist will work with you to create a personalized treatment plan—one designed to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
