Outside the office

Outside the office, Douglas enjoys exploring Marquette’s trails by bike or on foot, playing golf, and spending time at home with his wife and son. He also finds joy in cooking, creating music, and experimenting with art—creative practices that help him stay grounded, inspired, and balanced.
