Join Our Unique Group Experience at CDT! If you're not currently a client but are interested in joining, we welcome you to start with a Discovery & Pathway Session session. In this session, you'll meet with one of our CDT therapists to discuss your needs. This step helps us understand if you might benefit from a mental health diagnosis (necessary to bill insurance) and a therapeutic course of action, or if you prefer to self-pay and only participate in the group sessions. Plus, we'll handle all the necessary documentation and offer continuous support throughout your journey with us.
Our group sessions, led by licensed therapist, Jamie Fiorucci, offer a supportive community and diverse perspectives, enhancing personal growth and social skills. It's an effective, cost-efficient way to learn, share experiences, and develop new coping strategies in a collaborative setting.We recommend participating for 8-12 sessions to fully embrace this opportunity.
