EMDR Therapy

Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR helps the brain process unhealed memories by using bilateral stimulation—often guided eye movements—to reduce the emotional intensity of painful memories. This method allows the brain’s natural healing system to "unstick" and move forward.
