Professional Background

Sarah is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and the Clinical Manager at Caught Dreamin’ Therapy. She is a certified SMART (Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment) Therapist and holds certification in the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).

She is trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, Trauma-Informed CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the BITE Model of Authoritarian Control, with experience supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, and complex trauma.

Alongside her clinical work, Sarah’s role as Clinical Manager allows her to support both clients and clinicians while helping cultivate ethical, effective, and compassionate care across the practice.
