How It Works

Medication management is provided by Kyle Kakuk, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, our board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Services are available to established CDT therapy clients

  • Appointments offered in-person or via Telehealth

  • Insurance accepted in alignment with CDT’s therapy & medical billing policies

  • Your first visit includes a full psychiatric evaluation & review of history, symptoms, and goals

  • Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress and adjusting medication as needed

  • To get started, simply talk with your CDT therapist — they will coordinate the referral
