Personal Approach
Breanna supports adults, teens, and preteens who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, developmental concerns (including ADHD and ASD), life transitions, and communication challenges. She takes a client-centered, collaborative approach, meeting each client where they are and creating a safe, supportive space for growth and healing. Breanna integrates evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT skills, and EMDR to help clients build coping tools, increase self-awareness, and improve overall quality of life.
