Professional Background

Bailey is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Western Michigan University, where she specialized in art methods. Her background includes work with youth empowerment and community advocacy during her internship with the Kalamazoo Youth Development Network, where she helped young people raise their voices and shape meaningful change.

For the past three years, Bailey has worked as a substance use and mental health therapist in individual, group, and family settings. She integrates EMDR, CBT-informed, DBT-informed, and expressive arts approaches to meet clients’ diverse needs.
