Megan Bronstein, LLMSW

I’m a therapist passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and families as they navigate anxiety, trauma, identity development, and challenges related to school, family, and life transitions. Grounded in both evidence-based and creative approaches, I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and grow with confidence.

I hold an LLMSW from the University of Michigan. I am a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP), with additional credentials in Social Work in Schools and Trauma-Informed Practice. My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from a wide range of modalities including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, Somatic Techniques, Art Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT), and Digital Play Therapy (DPT). These tools allow me to meet each client where they are and adapt therapy to their unique needs and strengths.

I provide individual, family, and group therapy, and collaborate closely with caregivers, educators, and other supports to promote positive change across settings—at home, in school, and everyday life. My practice is trauma-informed, anti-racist, and inclusive, with a strong commitment to affirming and supporting LGBTQ+ youth, young adults, and families.

Whether we’re working through big emotions, past experiences, identity exploration, or everyday stressors, my goal is to offer compassionate support and practical strategies that empower clients to feel understood, capable, and resilient.
